This is an elk roast that I did on my @yodersmokers pellet grill after listening to world champion BBQ master Chad Ward @whiskeybentbbq on my brother John Dudley's @nockontv podcast. Chad works for @traegergrills and he met John and @jimmiller_155 on a wild pig hunt where he cooked for them and talked about the art of perfectly cooking meat on a pellet grill. I followed his advice and cooked up the most delicious and juicy roast I've ever served. I rubbed the roast with kosher salt, black pepper and garlic powder, and then I set the grill up for 275 and used a meat thermometer to bring the roast up to 125 degrees. Then I reverse seared it in hot butter on a cast iron skillet then wrapped it in tin foil and placed it in a @yeticoolers for about 10 minutes. It was INSANELY good. If you're interested in stepping up your BBQ game, check out @nockontv episode 100. Chad is as legit as they come.

Mysterious illness tied to marijuana use on the rise in states with legal weed –  It is really not an illness due to a shower being the cure.

I think Nick and Joe really meld together very well. Joe seems to enjoy his company a lot more than Pete Holmes. There wasn’t as much content in this episode, they mostly talked about other comics and joked around and had fun. It’s really enjoyable to listen to but if you are wanting to learn anything maybe you should check out Rhonda Patrick.
